To View your bills online only, you will need the following information:

• Your TXU Energy account numbers and associated zip codes. You will need to look at your paper bill to find this information.
• Your full name, phone number and e-mail address.
• You will also need to create a user name and password.

To register for View and Pay services for your bill online, you will also need the following additional information:

• If paying with electronic check, you will need ABA routing number and banking account number that you wish to use for payment. These can be found at the bottom of a check for this account. Your TXU Energy E-Bill payment will be withdrawn from this checking account.
• If paying with ATM debit card, credit or check card you will need the card number, expiration date, and zip code from the billing address, you select the Pay Bill Option from your E-Bill Customer Summary screen.
• If interested in the TXU Energy Recurring Bill Payment Program you will need the card number, expiration date, and zip code from the billing address and you select the Pay Bill Option from your E-Bill Customer Summary screen to register.
